The light wash denim shirt, an essential piece in our Grandma and Grandpa's closet, is making a comeback - come spring 2010.
While wearing this trend be sure to dress it up with layers of necklaces (pearls, gold or silver chain combinations), a fitted blazer, a hat for a "po'boy" look, and or a cute bag - or else it'll take you back into a times less fashionable.
For inspiration check out Ralph Lauren's Spring 2010 runway, it was pure "Jeanius", and reminiscent of the Great Depression. Economical times are similar and it does make sense to become one with the most economical fashion find - denim! Be sloppy with it by rolling the cuff, leaving a few buttons unfastened at the top and bottom to give it a casual look. Indeed, add bracelets to fill up that space on your arm.
